This multi-industry solution was originally developed to address the limitations experienced by retailers in the operation of traditional POS systems and devices. The secure, web-based portal behind ShiftPOS offers user-friendly dashboards for easier management of terminals and provides unprecedented business insights with real-time reporting, e-receipts and batch reports, which makes for easier reconciliation. The dashboard also displays summaries of unbatched receipts per terminal and accurate totals.

The portal allows merchants to remotely configure up to 6 batch times per terminal, per day. It also has the functionality to set all terminals to batch immediately. On top of this, terminal users can be managed online and safely cloned for ease of rule transfer.

Batch and transaction reports can be exported in CSV and Excel formats, with a 180-day receipt history that can be accessed with a click.  Price changes can be scheduled or updated in real-time, with live terminal status also showing which devices are online and operational.

A major feature of ShiftPOS is the way it enables both remote and immediate settlement, to assist merchants with accurate management.
